So Gazette is releasing their new single Distress and Coma soon.
On 25.03.09.
But, i've gotten my hands on the songs all ready
(i know im a bad baaad fan for not buying it, but i cant afford it yet DD;)
Anygay, They blew me away.. AGAIN.
These boys never seems to disappoint me.
Sure there are some songs that could have been better but i would never complain about it, they're working their way, and that's how it is. Still, This single is just... WOW:
First song Distress and Coma is just so awesome and pretty.
The intro of the song is just awesome, and when the song starts and the guitars and violins comes in, it starts tingeling all ower. The melody is so RIGHT. Just cant decribe it, but the melody of every intrument and rukis vocal is just perfect. I actually gett a bit sad listening to this.. Well sad may not be the right word.. uhm.. I feel a bit hurt maybe?
It aches somewhere within listening to this, and i love songs who make me feel things.
Second song Headache Man (yes, fist time i laughed so hard about the tittle) is a song full of power and anger. It got ruff guitars, amazing drumming, hot bass lines and crazy vocal. THIS song pretty much describes how i feel about headace, HOW MUCH IT HURTS, and how much it's angers me. And WOW, the brige and course took me totally off guard.
The third song Without a Trace is yet another calm but sad song. This is one of the most prettiest balads Gazette have made lately. Dont get me wrong, I totally love distress and coma, but this is a balad in a totally different leauge. Acustisc guitars, beautifull violines and pretty vocal lines from Ruki just make me so speachless. His vocal just cuts through you right before the Course, and when the course comes everything around you stops, and then it's suddenly gone and you're left alone. Untill Ruki starts on another verse and does the same thing over again... Then electric guitars cuts in and ... I seriously DONT have words for the guitar solo.
So, this was me about music.
